福井県 Tsuruga Symbol Road

①アナライザ-WEB.jpg(ⓒ松本零士) The port and railway have brought prosperity to Tsuruga for many years. The first steam train along the Sea of Japan ran through Tsuruga and ships used to sail directly between Tsuruga and Vladivostok. In order to retain the memories of such a history, the city installed the monuments inspired by "Galaxy Express 999" and "Space Battleship Yamato"as symbols of the city's history for the 100 year anniversary of Tsuruga Port. Enjoy the walk through town where you can see the statues on the street, which brings to life famous scenes from the movies. Official website: http://www.turuga.org/
